Changing rooms shut so girlfriend couldn’t try anything on. Staff more interested in private conversations and we’re clueless

Awful experience today. Went to the changing rooms but nobody there, eventually a member of staff came and let me in a changing room. I tried some items on and whilst I was changing one of the staff unlocked my door to let someone else in, didn't bother to knock before hand. I needed to try other sizes but nobody was outside the room when I came out, so I went back into the shop to to get them myself which is no problem. Except that when I went back to the changing room, once again nobody there to let me in a room. I waited around 5 minutes and then a staff member came over and said I'm not allowed in the changing room as they are short staffed. How is anyone supposed to buy anything if you can't try it on? If they didn't lock the changing room doors, customers would be able to let themselves in and out of changing rooms when short staffed like most other shops do. I am a regular customer but this experience has really put me off coming back

Lovely shop with VERY helpful staff.Came in today + was greater by Douglas on the till when purchasing my items,such a helpful young man.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Expensive but got the gift I needed

The lovely Emma spent a lot of time with my daughter and myself, making sure my daughter had exactly what she wanted and the right fit.

As a man shopping for his wife, I have always found the staff to be kind and helpful. I had never considered entering this shop until Christmas 2022 when I decided to have a browse. I was pleasantly surprised to find the shop to be nothing like I had anticipated. It is not tacky, it caters for a wide age range - I was and continue to be impressed.I have returned to make additional purchases since Christmas.
