Thérapie Clinic - Bromley

I am happy with this branch. Millie is the best therapist I had. She is always kind and is not rushing to finish the session. I like that she asks how the therapy goes and she takes into account my feedback when she designs the session. Unfortunately, this was not the case in the previous branch I went, and this is the reason I prefer travelling more but see results after the laser treatment.

I can see improvement in each laser therapy session. The staff is very friendly and do their best. I’m happy with my treatment. With Booking appointments for my session they are really flexible because i work full time and its hard to manage my time. But its working quite smoothly at the moment. I have recommended a friend and she is also enjoying her sessions. Keep up guys.

Amazing service received at Therapie Clinic in Bromley. All the staff were so lovely and friendly. I would like to mention Tasha in particular, as she was very knowledgeable and informative. I felt very comfortable before receiving my treatments. Will definitely be back soon :)

I have been having my laser removal with Stella for a few months now. My 1st ever session was with her and she completely put me at ease with her relaxed, kind, friendly and professional nature. I was seen by Viviane for laser hair removal treatment. She was excellent. Professional, friendly. In fact all the staff there are very nice and welcoming. I was looking forward to starting the treatment, and now I can’t wait for my next appointment!I left the clinic very happy, thank you!

I’ve been getting a laser treatment for the past 3 years and I still got quite a lot of hair growing back in an specific area. When I raised this concern, the staff was quickly trying to blame it on me, telling me that I left a gap, that I wasn’t consistent, that all the holidays affected my treatment, etc…I just wanted to find a solution to an specific area because the rest of the areas are fine and I wasn’t expecting to be completely hairless but most of the hair came back and instead of offering me solutions I was quickly blamed. They finally offered to have a review appointment with the manager to find out what we could do, but the way they initially treated me was not on, to the point were I almost cried. All the other staff are always really nice so I was quite shock. Also, the person doing the treatment this last time didn’t even cover my tattoo when I always mentioned this in the pre treatment form.

Lauren was really helpful and informative about the laser treatment that I wanted to have. She was there every step of the way, from how the laser works, how they do it, what can I expect, and what I should do after treatments. She even offered practical ways to pay for the treatments by putting me on a 6-month payment plan, which for me is a plus. Camille was also calm and gentle with me since it was my first time having the treatment. She made sure I was comfortable and reassured me. They were all friendly and my visit felt homey considering it was my first time.
