I really can’t speak highly enough of my experience with everyone at Chapman & Son! I neeed a new oven so went into the shop last Saturday. I was offered an installation date of Monday (which I couldn’t do, so chose today, Friday, instead). At lunchtime today I received a call saying the oven I’d ordered was actually damaged. I was offered an alternative oven, to be fitted today, or the model I’d ordered to be fitted on Monday. I chose today. They’ve just been - arrived on time, were only here about 30 minutes - and the new oven is in place, looking like it’s always been there. They’ve taken the old one away, so I don’t have to deal with any of that either. Such lovely, friendly, professional people to deal with from start to finish! Competitive prices, very reasonable installation fee, and a pleasure to have in my home. A local business that I wholeheartedly recommend! (Used previously when buying a washing machine and tumble dryer, was equally impressed then).

These guys do what it says on their tin. Totally professional, knowledgeable and friendly. First class service today and come recommended by other locals. Highly recommend

A really useful electrical shop located on the High Street. You can find many each to reach items for the home in this shop. Very good customer service.

Absolutely superb service.. fridge freezer broke on new year's eve, I attended the shop 14.00 which was closed (covid) and the guys were leaving for a delivery. They dropped what they were doing and helped me with my problem.. within 2 hours new one installed and old one gone.. I certainly will return and I really appreciate what they did for me. Thank you..

After moving house, Sky could not come out for 2 weeks to sort out why no signal despite being told our sky box & TVs were compatible with existing sky aerial. Phoned Chapmans (had purchased all TVs from them) who came out that day. A special, huge thank you to John & mate ? who explained the problem & fixed it ...within 30 minutes. Thank you for excellent customer service which they always give.

Absolutely amazing service, purchased an oven but when due to be fitted I had ordered wrong size, rang very late in the afternoon and had the correct oven delivered and previous one taken away by 9.00 am the next morning, cannot thank them enough , nothing is too much trouble for these guys!

Absolutely cannot recommend Chapman's more. They are good old fashioned local service, outstanding help and Customer Service, reasonably priced. Can't thank them enough for their first class professionalism and knowledge.
