Bought a battery but it was the wrong one so took it back and it was replaced straight away. The lad behind the counter was friendly and no pressure to buy the most expensive battery

Used them numerous times via advanced online ordering through Eurocarparts (AND Carparts4less who can often be cheaper). Great service but remember you may need to order a working day in advance for some items to allow them to get the item in stock.

Very bad, the lady at the cash desk treated me badly. You should know that she is a customer respect employee. She has no right to be bad for customers.

Good products at a great price so long as you order online. Discounts can't be applied at the counter. Counter service was fairly poor. 6 people in the queue in front of me on the Saturday morning with 2 behind me and only one guy serving. He was pleasant and doing his best but he can only serve one at a time.

Front door sign says closed Sundays needs changing to open Sundays 10 till 4 staff inside says management is responsible if that is the case it’s badly managed and needs updating to increase sales for the nice helpful counter staff

They really could do with more staff serving on the counter, there’s always just 1, poor, staff member having to serve a large amount of customers, all at once. Sadly, a lot of the customers, usually, have no patience and give the member staff more grief! Otherwise, good range of products/good prices (Order Online first, for the cheaper price)

Great value car parts available over the counter or delivered.Parking spaces is a bonus

terrible service manager has got small man syndrome told me the parts he sold me were right for my peugeot when i went bk after wasting money fitting wrong parts he said if you dont like the parts got to peugeot cheeky little man. quick update got my van sorted went npa for parts no issues with little man syndrome and npa actually know there parts got the rights parts 1st time round will never use euro again they dont care if they give you wrong parts and waste money fitting wrong parts hope everyone reads this dont get caught out type in your car reg they give you loads of parts on tht reg tht dont even fit dont make sense but i guess with managers like they have at kingstown carlisle they will never progress forward and learn there lesson peace out small man syndrome manager.

Very helpfull. If your buying more than one of something, before you leave check they match. The head office doesn't check. These guys and girls always help so I know it will be sorted.

Cheaper to order online with discount codes then go into collect although you have to pay online at the time of ordering not a massive problem but when your ordering for someone else would be easier to order it and they can collect and pay at collectionAlso only have one person serving at a time even when it's busy
