The team at Motech took care of my MOT and water pump repairs last week and I could not be happier. They collected my car for me saving me a trip into town, kept me informed of their findings, carried out the repairs in time for the weekend and were honestly priced to boot. Fantastic service from Motech, recently returned for a full service and MOT this time on our pick up and they did a great job, even resolving some little niggles as a result of work done elsewhere (our mistake for trusting anyone else!). Very professional, had the flexibility to add on a last minute air-con re-gas as well. Great customer service, very professional and love that all the paperwork is in a handy little folder so I can keep it safe.

Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! Love the team here. Always friendly and courteous. They don’t “fob you off” like a lot of garages do. Always open and honest with me. If work doesn’t need doing on your car they won’t do it just to make a fast buck. 10/10

Having used Motech previously for services, MOTs etc when I was in a tricky situation with our pick-up they were the only garage I knew I wanted to use. Not only are they quick to respond to communications but Rebecca, Mike & the teams customer service is exceptional. It was also life saving that they were open on a Sunday for me to get my poorly pick up to, in fact they were there working after hours to receive it off the back of a recovery truck. Exceptional service, fixed the issue, also did the MOT that was coming up at the same time to save time all for a reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending Motech to anyone, thank you again Motech Team!

I had my MOT and service done at Motech today after taking previous cars to Mazda for years. I was very impressed with the top class quality customer service. There was no problem when I needed to rearrange at short notice. It is a very professional set up. All the staff were polite and friendly. Plus there was no hard sell on any extras that I didn't need or want (which has happened at other garages in the past). Plus on a bank holiday weekend on a Friday afternoon, it only took 3 hours to turn it around. They also offer a collection/redelivery service and are open 7 days a week. Why aren't all garages like this? Great job Motech!!!! I will be coming back and recommending all my friends and family to pay you a visit. Thanks!

Initially I was a little apprehensive based on one or two recent negative reviews. However, I had a fault with my car that was a simple fix and therefore, was charged the standard booking fee and was all sorted within an hour. I believe I could of easily been charged more as I know nothing about cars.Additionally, staff were helpful over the phone and in person.

I love this garage so much. It’s so daunting to find a garage you can trust as a female. I’ve been going to motech for so long now, every single time I’ve been treated with respect, professionalism and the service is spot on and always ahead of schedule. The lads do a great jobs and I never ever have issues with their work but also I can’t stress how much I like the receptionist either - I have no clue about cars, am very unorganised with mine and could have easily been ripped off anywhere else. This garage is absolutely the only one I ever recommend to anyone else. Thank you guys so much you’re legends xxx

Highly recommend Motech.They lookAfter all my family’s cars.Recently my daughter had a problem with her 9’year old car, took it to Motech and they told her the issue would be covered by Ford Warranty instead of taking on ( and charging) for the repair.Good honest family run business.Highly recommend.

I had an engine warning light appear in the dash of my van so decided to take it to Motech as they had done my MOT previously. I had no appointment and just turned up but the guys there were incredibly helpful and pinpointed my problem to a fuel issue. I left the van with them and even in all of the snow we had last week it was fixed and good as new within 48hrs. Motech have even replaced a bulb without being asked. Great service. Friendly on the surface but in my experience are not trustworthy.Most recently they failed my MOT for one very small issue I'd already told them about, and asked them to sort beforehand. (I now have a totally avoidable fail certificate on my previously clean history, thanks a bunch...)When they called to inform me of the MOT fail they also lied about finding additional problems / fault codes I was unaware of. I was frustrated and so took the car away immediately suspecting foul play. A main dealer workshop could not find the issues Motech informed" me of
