cant thank the service these gave us for my dads funeral, they went above and beyond and gave us everything we asked for and more. Mike in the bootle office was so kind and caring and felt like he was part of the family the way he treated us and my dad. Shelly was amazing she was the director for my dads funeral and was always on the end of the phone if we needed her along with her lovely dad too. All the staff were lovely there and we are truly grateful for them all, However these 3 were so kind and thoughtful towards our feelings at this very difficult time and cant thank them enough. My children and myself have not to arrange a funeral ever until my husband passed away march 2019 we decided to call macallum Tritton as soon as we spoke to them my husbands funeral arrangements where taken from us we were amazed we had no worry about nothing the journey for my husbands passing in hospital to day of funeral was taken care off by these funeral directors they were there for us 24 hours every day I can’t thank them enough we will be using them as our family funeral directors I recommend them to everyone who needs them thank you 100% recommendation
