This was my 2nd visit. Both times the guy who uses the middle chair cut my hair. 1st visit was good, took his time and i was happy. However 2nd visit, he finished in about 10 minutes. There were no other customers waiting either. Haircut was very average. I've just got home and noticed a mistake he made when shaping up around my ear as he has gone too high. Also made other mistakes. If you are going to charge £7 for what should be a £5 haircut then at least take your time so no mistakes are made. I won't be returning.

I called up and asked if they do a head massage. Raj very kindly assured me they do. I turned up, everything was hygienic. Even the hair cutting capes for the customer are disposable, Raj himself wore a mask and gloves. I had one of the best head massages i could ask for! Used a brilliant oil, did a deep head massage and even offered my daughter a lollipop! Fantastic service especially as i am not even from Leicester. I will definitely be going back next time I visit!
