Megan Darling Physio & Rehab Pilates
Really excellent. Megan is personable, professional and most of all effective. On an objective test of range of motion I improved significantly over one year of classes combining somatic movement and targeted pilates for strength. I have a way to go yet! Group classes range in size but in each Megan will monitor your movent and provide the required correction.. essential for this kind of exercise but missing from many.classes. She's a real find!!!
