Staff are so welcoming and helpful, they did not rush me or my cat marshal when he was a little scared, the vet really went into detail about everything I asked. Such a great veterinary centre.

Brilliant staff! From the pleasant helpful reception staff who look up and welcome you and your pet immediately through to the caring vet nurses and the skilled vets. Compared to my last experience , the staff are outstanding! Would highly recommend. My dogs had a tail dock and castration and the aftercare is second to none!

Extremely friendly staff, always do their best to meet your needs. Staff always find appointments to suit me/my work as I can only do late evenings. They offer socialisation sessions to my nervous puppy and regularly make a ‘fuss’ of both my dogs when they come in. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Always provide excellent care for my dog, they know him as soon as he walks in and always make a fuss. All the vets are exceptional and give great advice. Some people will say the practice is expensive, but in my opinion you get what you pay for and compared to other vets in Whitchurch they are streets ahead. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The team are always fully versed with my pet’s history and put my pet at ease on every visit. They explain treatment options in detail and a manner in which I as a non-vet can understand. My dog likes the team and that speaks volumes; as long as she is happy, I am happy

Leonard Brothers in Whitchurch look after both our dogs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are excellent vets - kind caring and professional - and they treat us all as if we were family members!
