Swan Bathrooms

Poor workman ship by the plumber. Did not answer my calls 1 year since fitting for a maintenance check up. Not heard from them since after many calls from me. If you want a good job doing look elsewhere

I found Swan Bathrooms through an eBay purchase. ‘H’ is the man behind the service, and he is absolutely excellent!Nothing is ever a bother, prices are best I could find, product quality is as good as any of the big bathroom furniture names, and his customer care/follow-up is great.Today there was a manufacturing defect with a toilet pan, and with no quibbles H contacted the supplier and got it sorted. He has always picked up the phone, been interested and supportive - and always in a good mood!! :)Swan offer ‘off-the-shelf’ product ranges, but they also manufacture to size - with really good prices. We are now fitting a set of bespoke made over head cupboards to match the base units we have installed.This is a genuine review from a very pleased genuine customer, thank you!
