Burgh Property

My partner and myself (both working professionals) had a very good experience with Burgh. We rented a lovely property on the Water of Leith with them and have been very happy there (unfortunately we have had to leave lovely Edinburgh now due to work commitments).They were very responsive, polite and professional with any issues raised during the tenancy. The property was very clean on handover to us and they were very thorough with the inventory/ noting condition of furnishings etc. On return of the property we ensured we handed the property back at the same standard and we have received our notification of a full refund from Safe Deposits Scotland. We would rent from them again and recommend them to other tenants.

We have used Burgh property since they first opened for business and have let 2 flats with them in Edinburgh. I can't speak highly enough of the service we receive from Andrew and his team. They have managed to rent our properties to wonderful tenants seamslessly each time, helping us deal with any maintenance issues at minimal cost and effort for us. Exactly why we chose them. We couldnt be happier to leave our flats in their hands. I have recommended them to a number of colleagues who have all been delighted with the service.

Burgh offer a comprehensive management service taking all the hard work away from me. I transferred over to Burgh with my 3 flats. They are very efficient, professional, great communicators and nothing is too small a problem.During the Coronavirus, they have taken full responsibility of the rules and regulations and kept me up to date with any issues arising, including one of my tenant’s difficulty’s to pay on time. Wonderful property managers. I lived in a flat managed by Burgh Property from 2015 to 2021 and they were an absolute delight. There was always a lovely personal touch to the way that they interacted with me, which I hadn't received from any of the bigger, more well-known property managers in Edinburgh city throughout the 15 years I was renting properties there. The vacating process was incredibly easy too, they even offer a cleaning service, which was such a weight off my shoulders when trying to deal with all the other stresses of moving. I really enjoyed my time with Burgh Property and the only reason I left the flat was because I'd bought a house.
