Richardson's Family Entertainment Centre

Good experience. Went bowling on neon lanes and the lanes worked fine. Very tidy. Balls all good. Music was pretty good and I believe you can ask for a certain type of music while bowling. Drinks provided at the bar were fine and reasonably priced. Clearly Richardson's have put quite a lot of work into keeping this facility up to date as it looks very tidy. It stands out among arcades as other places are often run down. If more places were like this, the whole industry would seem far more approachable.

Arrived to be told that we had to pay for the people in the group who had cancelled even though they kept their deposit. This was not explained at time of booking and no we didnt pay it, we were left to argue this out with a staff member who failed to say our food was ready until she had taken payments, got to the dining area to see our food already placed on the table going cold and left unattended, food was by then less than warm, was not guided to get our own drinks nor were we asked if the food was OK, when we did go and get drink it took the staff member so long to fill the glasses with cola while another staff member looked on that the rest of us had finished our food. The bowling was a fun experience for us all, sadly very poor service, very poor management, won't be going back any time soon.Definitely wouldn't book again as they are not clear about the conditions

Bowling was great. Fair prices, kids' meals are around £4 and lovely food. Soft play inside, arcade too. We all had a great time.

It was great fun, plenty of space, we had lunch too, basic but well cooked, ladies in restaurant area work hard probably need another staff member although didn't have to wait long, and table available in another restaurant towards the back. No one to clear tables or look at the toilets.The only issue is the parking, very limited, we had booked lanes but had to sit in car and Hope another family would leave soon

It a great place to take your kids. Plenty of other things for them to do other than bowling. A well stocked bar with friendly staff.

Had a great experience in the diner there yesterday with 3 friends, one of whom's young daughter played in the soft play. Andrea who was behind the counter worked her socks off ,being the only one there ,but nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was great too.Will definitely come again and hope Andrea is working that day.

We all had a great time here today. The children played in the soft play area and had lots of fun. We ate lunch here and we all enjoyed our meal. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. We've had birthday parties here before. Everything is a good price. There is disabled parking outside the main door which has both steps and a ramp to access the double doors. There are disabled toilets inside. There are also a few slot machines and arcade type shooting machines that you sit in.

Rainy day so we were looking for some activities indoor, played 2 games of bowling ,it was a good fun. Parking available. A few more games and soft play area available. Also cafe in there ,but the food didn't look appealing so haven't order anything

A great little place to keep the grandchildren happy. We took them bowling for the first time which they enjoyed. They also spent time in the soft play area and we all had lunch there as well. A couple of games in the amusement area,on the way out ended a perfect afternoon out with the grandchildren. If on holiday a good back up if the weather turns nasty as all inside.
