Turned to Lookers Vw Blackburn after my regular Vw dealer failed me miserably. The car I had ordered in July 23 was not due to be built until Mar24 and i was only told after making repeated requests for updates. I got in touch with a contact I had made at Lookers and in less than two weeks he found me a new car within the group, secured it and had it brought up to Blackburn and handed the car over to me. Brilliant service. Add to that most of the negotiating, the numbers etc were done over the phone and by email. I would highly recommend Lookers and particularly the salesman Jordan Middleton.

Helpful, professional, nothing was to much trouble, Adam and Katie made my car buying experience stress free when I seen my dream car , the fact I live in Cornwall was no issues , they were on the end of the phone (Katie even on her day off) and were there to answer any questions I had , everything was signed sealed and the car delivered to my door in less than a week. I will definitely be looking to deal with these guys again in the future. THANK YOU.

They offer excellent service from start to finish. Staff are polite, professional and very experienced. Nothing is too much trouble and they kept me informed of the progress of my new car throughout the process. Would definitely recommend buying a car from them.

I have dealt with the sales department, service department and parts department. All staff are welcoming, friendly and deliver a high level of service. It’s refreshing to deal with sales people who although need to make money for the business, still put your best interests first and work to offer a fair and competitive deal. Also nice to see the managers get involved and introduce themselves.

A no hassle purchase, everything went smoothly, from purchase to handover. Scott sorted me out a great deal on the car and kept me updated and always quick to get back to me from any of my Q's all the way up to the car arriving.,Scott made sure everything was in order for Adam who handed me the keys making sure the car and all paperwork had been checked so no time was wasted. I dealt with the mobility expert Kath and she is experienced and helpful and friendly and a lovely person who really cares and tells you what is real with no unexpected promises! UNFORTUNATELY I got a puncture on the way to work and nipped into VW Bbn, Frazer Marsh helped fix my tyre within minutes of arrival, in and out of the work shop in 15/20 minutes whilst I drained the coffee machine. Great work VW Blackburn (GOAT)
