Aparthotel Adagio London Stratford

Very good aparthotel and well located. Very clean and well equipped. The room and the bathroom are spacious, the rooms and corridors are quiet. The staff is lovely. I didn't try the breakfast, i think it is pricey and doesn't seem to have enough vegetarian options.

I have been working in Stratford for the last 2 years and have tried and stayed in many hotels and this is the best by far. The rooms are very smart, modern and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you Frederic, Adrien, Emese, Ana and Yasmin and all the staff for making this a great second home. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely return when back in London.

I loved staying at this place!! Lovely location; easy access to trains and tube, big mall right by, and a lovely looking neighbourhood. The rooms were cozy, though a bit small. However, that did not stop the amazing experience. The service here was excellent. Ashley, one of the employees, was so kind and sweet to us. He helped us find excellent shopping locations and places to be. Wonderful service!!

I love staying in this hotel! The staff are super friendly, Ashley is my favourite! Great place to stay if you want to be outside of London but still close enough to get to Central. Great area with a park and huge mall right beside it! Great for long term stays, was here for 30+ days!

Fantastic! Cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. I stayed in a small studio and everything was very clean and almost new, even though the aparthotel is almost 5 years old. The location also is really quiet and nice, at a small walking distance from Stratford International. Also there is a Sainsbury local which is open on Sundays which is really convenient. The staff were really kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

I stayed with my family in a double room for 4 people for four days. The apartment was nice, clean, and well equipped. Pleasent personnel made our stay there extremely nice.Hotel is an hour ride from London City either by train or bus/train combination.They serve quite good english breakfast.Highly recommend!

A gem of a place. I stay in London Stratford regularly and the rooms offered, whilst comparative with other hotels of similar price point also offer the excellent small kitchen which means I am not obliged to take fast food and/or restaurant expense. The facilities are great and the no-nonsense reception is welcomed by me trying to just get in and settled. Ashley, receptionist is always welcoming also.

Our stay at this hotel was generally positive, thanks to its excellent location with convenient transport links, including easy access to Stansted Airport. The recently renovated rooms were well-appointed with modern appliances, ample cookware, and cutlery. The bathroom was equipped with all the essentials, and the individual card access to both floors and the hotel itself added a layer of security and convenience.However, our sole disappointment was the inflexibility of the staff. Initially booking for three people but later changing our plans to stay as a duo, we extended our stay by an extra night for two people. Before check-in, we requested the administrator to modify our reservation from a triple room to a double for two nights. Despite the hotel having available rooms, our request was denied, resulting in a nonsensical scenario: spending the first night in one room and the subsequent night in another. This not only inconvenienced us but also created unnecessary extra work for the hotel's cleaning staff.It's worth noting that there was no need for a refund; a simple adjustment to the booking would have sufficed. Unfortunately, the administrator we dealt with was unyielding and unhelpful. In contrast, the evening administrator was notably polite, inquiring about our day and wishing us a good night—a small but appreciated touch.In summary, while the hotel boasts a favorable location and modern amenities, the lack of flexibility from one staff member marred an otherwise comfortable stay. We hope the hotel considers improving its customer service approach to ensure a more seamless and accommodating experience for future guests.

We are currently staying at Adagio Aparthotel London Stratford and we are enjoying our stay here. It feels like our home away from home. Our room is charming and has just the right amenities and space that we need. What makes our Adagio experience even more special is the excellent customer care we receive from the personnel most especially Ashley who has been very attentive to making our stay most comfortable and pleasant. He is very approachable and made us feel very welcome right away. A potential Les Clefs d'Or Concierge.
