Can’t recommend this company enough, George and his team completely transformed our garden with a new patio and artificial grass. They arrived on time when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would, and left everything perfectly tidy afterwards. They did this all in pretty poor weather conditions without complaint, and even bought our neighbour a gift as a thank you for letting us use their side entrance! Brilliant company and very honest hard working team!

When I was looking to purchase an artificial lawn I searched around for a number of quotes. Out of these companies George was the only one to come and see me in person and he fully explained how it all works. The quote he gave me was cheaper than the others by some margin, which normally concerns me however I was reassured by the obvious quality of the grass samples that he brought and also his clear experience and knowledge.George and his team arrived promptly as arranged and the job was completed on time leaving me with a fantastic looking and feeling lawn. Any mess was cleaned up and I was also provided with a brush to help me look after the lawn. What I like in particular about George and his team is that is clearly a business for life for them and that is why they provide you with aftercare. They don't just do the job, take your money and then run, they reassure you that they will be there if there is ever any issues, not that they expect any. They have already been back to check on things and so it seems that your money doesn't just buy you the lawn, but it buys you an on going aftercare relationship to go with it. Clearly George recognises that happy customers are much more likely to recommend them to others. I know I certainly will!

George and the team were recommended to me by a friend. We needed a big piece of work doing in the garden - removal of a wooden building, removal of the old patio etc and setting up a new base for a new building, complete new patio paving, brick work, reshaping of raised beds, adding a bespoke wooden fence etc. George was really excellent- really understood what we wanted, talked through all the options and costs, and was creative in the solutions (going out of his way to find for example to find extra pavers I wanted). The work is excellent - we are thrilled with the outcome and how it looks, and the standard of work. It was also great value for money - quality but a good price. I used George and his team as they had installed artificial grass at my parents house a number of years ago. George visited to give me a quote for putting artificial grass on my front garden at the end of July. He explained exactly what was needed and sent a very competitive quote. The installation date was agreed, George and his team arrived this week as arranged and were very professional. The installation was carried out with minimum fuss and the result is fantastic. New Look Lawns removed flower beds and a stone path from our garden and replaced it with artificial grass in March 2017. We are so pleased with the results, our daughter loves running around the garden now whereas previously it was a no go area unless under close supervision.
