Amazing service from Lucinda and tripLux Travel. All of our holiday plans were sorted perfectly. We gave info on what we wanted and Lucinda took all the stress out of everything. This was our first time travelling as a family since before lockdown, it was so reassuring to have someone take care of all the planning for us. We were given lots of options to choose from and Lucinda was so accomodating, answering all our questions and queries in the lead up to our trip.We had a fantastic, stress free holiday and will certainly be using Lucinda and the TripLux Travel team again. Lucinda was amazing. She helped us find the perfect holiday to Thailand.Gave us options on places to stay, things to do and restaurants we should go to.Professional, organised and kept us up to date the whole time, which allowed us to sit back knowing everything was taken care of. Lucinda organised a fantastic trip away for myself and my family. She completely understood our needs and chose the perfect hotel. As well as calling the hotel directly and booking spa sessions, dinner and parking for us, she also researched and recommended restaurants nearby that catered for our varied dietary needs. On top of that the price was much cheaper than we could have got direct. Fabulous service :)
