Not very good for disabled people and mothers with prams to be honest the steps are a death trap...

Lovely place. But only one star, because this station is probably the only one with ZERO disability access! The stairs for the station are in a shocking condition, difficult for disabled people. British Rail should be held responsible for this shocking fact! I can no longer visit friends there for this one reason.
