Always the nicest desserts from here. The delivery drivers are always kind and friendly- food is always warm and freshly baked. It’s super delicious and the shakes are heavenly. Highly recommend!

Went to pick up a double chocolate brownie milkshake and it just tasted like vanilla ice cream, very average.Had the biscoff sundae and it was nice but definitely not worth the money.And lastly my double chocolate cookie dough had a huge hair in it!When I called up the lady was nice and offered another one but I’m so put off!Such a big let down!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. as a mum of 4 I ordered for treat, my order was wrong and poor quality. the staff couldn't resolve my issue so I waited to speak to the owner the next day. the owner was rude and wouldn't do anything. pancakes were not cooked and cheese cake was old. all I wanted was the pancakes to be replaced or a refund for the pancakes which were not eaten. The delivery driver came to collect the pancakes. but without a refund or replacement. the owner was very rude to me and was like do what you want I'm not doing anything. not what I would expect or recommend. very disappointed and not what we expect in a close family community.

Been going to the shop since it first opened lovely small family run business. Harry and Sarah are so friendly and love to offer there advice on new things to try.Keep up the good work and let all support are local small businesses

Really disappointed tonight, decided to order two waffles and twos milkshakes. Milkshakes were both watery and waffles were dry. Ice cream didn’t taste as it should. Chocolate on mine was like really strong dark chocolate that’s wasn't nice. Delivery time was early but unfortunately the only good thing from tonight. Will take custom elsewhere.

On 18th of July, I made an order for delivery after clickin the link via text message and the payment being deducted from my account. It referred me back to the original page but there was an issue so I never got my order because I didn’t have the money to pay for it again. I was told by the restaurant don’t worry we won’t claim this money as you didn’t receive the order but this company still claimed the money and another order after that my family paid for absolutely disgusting now I’m having to go through a dispute to get £20 back into my account. Never will I order from the people again. They were also extremely rude. The second time that I phoned to make another order. Didn’t even send me the link to buy it just Put the phone down

Ordered a couple of times from desert hut some have been fine. But ordered again tonight been to collect it took about 5/10 mins to get there and come back home and there was a missing chocolate cake. I had called up 17 times and no one picked up even though there was 6/7 people working when we picked up the order… and by the time we come back my desert was cold so they did replace my waffle. We have been a couple of times and this has happened but we have checked the bag before we drove off. Very disappointing! When I went back to pick up the chocolate cake and the waffle and explained how many times it had happened no one apologise for the most convenience.
