Had a great experience with orchard cleaning. Adequate Information was given beforehand about the services and cleaners. Ruchiya, was fantastic. Cleaned quickly and made sure no stone was left unturned. Everywhere she was asked to clean, sparkled and smelled great.

I’ve known Ann for many years, on a professional and personal basis.I’ve had my own house cleaned by Orchard Home Cleaning and more recently my in-laws home, where we booked a deep clean from top to bottom.The team, Ramona and Elena were professional, very thorough and organised. They made good use of their time and did a fantastic job.At the end of the clean I checked the whole house and was delighted with the results.I recently recommended Orchard to 2 friends who booked a deep clean too. The parts of the house that was cleaned were done well, but some places were missed and incorrect items were put into the wrong bins - general waste in the recycling bin and garden waste bin, small electrical items in the general waste bin (I was going to bring them to work for WEEE waste, had to fish them out from the bin in the end). We had to sort the bins out, which wasn't the nicest job in the world.There office manager gave my number to one of their partners for carpet cleaning without my consent, but the owner has since said she will look into it, so hopefully it was just an overly keen office manager.The owner also reacted promptly to my complaint, so that's positive, but would have been better if we didn't have to reach out. All sorted now.
