They have looked after my little dog and my late great cat for many years. Always been really good.

The first vet who saw my dog she was lovely & he has been good on his prescription.I then asked for a repeat prescription, as normal for the month, i was told they needed to see him before they would give the medication,I explained we was going on holiday & needed them just to cover him while we was away,as I cannot drive I couldn't get him there before as my husband was working right up till we flew.Had they have said the month before when we picked his tablets up they needed to see him, it would have been no problemMy husband called in on his way to work to see if they done the prescription.But they had only done 7 daysHe was seen by a very aggressive vet saying it was our fault & it was policy,which is all well & good but if you dont tell the client paying for the service how are we supposed to know.We have no problem whatsoever taking him,we was just asking to be able take him on our return..Funnily enough nothing was was said about them nearly overdosing him by giving us tablets 400mg rather than 100mg nor the fact that twice after that,they have not given us enough tablets & we have to point it out every timeHe then proceeded to tell my husband about him having to go for a check up for his asthma every 6 months.Which was even more upsetting as my husband not only has asthma but copd,he doesn't have to make an appointment to see the gp they send him a letter,not only that but my husband has recently had a lot of health problems both physical & mental.Not only was he aggressive but did it in front of others in the waiting room,as a nurse I would never be so unprofessional as to do that.In the end we had to reduce the medication to make it last luckily he has been fine & will see the lovely lady vet when we go.

I really do trust this vet with my pet. Not cheap, but you are paying for excellent care, training and advice from the vet. Laura was just simply amazing with our cat lily

Excellent practice just moved to East Yorkshire in 2021 and registered my dog here. Reception helpful when I call and I am able to make an appointment easily. The veterinarian I have seen is very knowledgeable and you can discuss and talk openly about treatment options. I have been able to see the same veterinarian throughout my dogs medical condition this is very reassuring and this consistency fosters confidence in the professional relationship between owner and vet. Highly recommended.

We always receive excellent care from End Cottage. Our chocolate lab has been seeing the same vet, Scott, for his yearly check ups since being a pup so it’s feels like a much more personal service with continuity of care. We are always more than satisfied with the care our dog receives and would recommend this practice to anyone; we would never go anywhere else. Everyone at the practice has been so kind to my elderly dog. Harry has been going to the arthritis clinic for a while and I have been given lots of tips to help him deal with it. Whichever vet I have seen has been kindness itself. Would highly recommend.

Being asked by the manager to apologise to their Spanish vet as his comments caused my pet insurers to accuse me of fraud and cancel my pet policy is the final straw, all this whilst my dog was needing treatment which they wouldn’t carry out unless I apologised.Pathetic.*UpdateHave now been informed by letter that i am no longer welcome at End Cottage Vets and i am to take my dogs elsewhere! in other words if you don't put up with their incompetency then you can leave.Disgusting behaviour from so called professionals.

Registered my cat during emergency situation after phone call and sorted all including history from another vet clinic in 20 minutes while I was on my way. In 5 minutes after arrival, as my pet was in stable condition, was fully inspected and we had all needed consultation. Staff very understanding and polite, both vets and reception, although, it was pretty busy there. Big vet clinic for little town has few rooms and few vets in. I'm thinking to stay with them as was really happy with their service and it's closer to my home. Thank you.
