Had have my Laite remade as the first offering was no more than a flat white. The person in front of me returned with the same issue. The re- made coffee was acceptable. I find this issue with many Costas. In there defence they will always remake but this should not be necessary. Right first time should be there moto. Proper training us required.

Staff are amazing. Lovely and very welcoming. That young indian boy is very generous and kind as well as the blond lady. They give me enough time to pack my laptop and other things away as they remind everyone 20min before that they are closing. Coffee is amazing too better than any other costa i have been to. Also left a £2 tip for the 2 that were working. If you see this keep up the good work!!

Real disappointment, staff have zero understanding of customer service, the struggle for them to put on a smile, the moaning in public sitting outside complaining of customers coming in after 3pm. The reminding of customers that the shop closes at 5 when you’ve still over an hour to spare (this is at the start of ordering).Genuinely, the staff here provide Costa a bad name and will impact the reputation.

This Costa really misses the mark. They continue to have electric issues meaning they have no wifi and you can only pay with cash, then they cannot accept costa cards so you loose points. Staff are quite rude and too laid back. They also really miss the mark on their opening hours only open 8-4 so you cant go before work or after work unless youre a late starter maybe.

Well placed branch of Costa for visitors to Stockley Park. It’s located within The Arena / Quayside area of the business park and is open to all. Currently the site is also open on bank holidays, which is very handy indeed. Friendly and efficient team too which added to the pleasant experience.

Really annoying it shuts 4.30pm each and every Friday when the signage on the door is 7am-5pm Monday to Friday
