I started using Document Logic a few years ago to help my small print shop expand into the ‘Digital Colour Age’ and without doubt it was the ‘Best Move’ I’ve made so far. I was very ‘Green’ and unsure in this area but their professional service and understanding of what I exactly wanted was shown they helped me choose the right piece of equipment at the right price. Now on our fourth piece of kit…! It gives me great pleasure to award Document Logic my personal 5 STAR˜ rating for all round service. I take my hats off to all employees who are attached to Document Logic.

Just awful after sales. Both Simon and Claire disregarded us after we purchased a Ricoh machine with service contract. We had a number of issues. Firstly they delivered an incomplete machine and we had to wait 6 weeks for the other parts of the press yet still expected to pay for something we couldn't use. We were told to we had to pay extra for toner as apparently we 'use too much' evening though we were on a click rate. Then to top it off, they put us on the wrong contract nearly costing us £1500! Extremely rude, they couldn't wait to get our money by constant phone calls then nothing after they have it. We were made to feel like we inconvenienced them! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! we wish we never come across them!

I have been working with Document Logic for a number of years now and always find them to be extremely helpful and efficient at all times, they've even got me out of a jam on a number of occasions when I have run out of consumables. Simon Wood makes sure that I always get the best price possible, and to top it all off he is super pleasant to deal with. Keep up the good work.

Unsatisfactory customer care. Arranged to sell my business a piece of software to make our office paperless". It was not fit for our purpose - we continue to pay for the software lease and Documentlogic have taken no interest in resolving the situation.Furthermore failed to confirm cancellation of a Xerox contract that THEY had set up and as a result we ended up almost £2000 out of pocket.Happy to take your money. Not interested in helping to resolve problems."

Great service as always from Document Logic. New installation was very smooth and engineer very helpful. Would recommend.

Document Logic are by far the best company I have dealt with for purchasing printing equipment in over 20 years of business. Honest, reasonable costs and fantastic communication. Highly recommended!

Fake news from Amy, Document Logic don't sell Ricoh. My own experience is only a positive one. I now have 2 Xerox Versant 180's through Document Logic and can't fault either the machines or the service. Lovely people, easy to deal with, professional and know what they're talking about. I used to have Konica's but the Versant is different gravy, and the service from Xerox is also fantastic. You couldn't be in better hands!

We have worked with Document Logic for approx 10 years now and have just recently upgraded our contract again, a great company to work with, we are more than happy with the service, very professional, efficient and friendly, I would definitely recommend them.
