Very nice experience on really not knowing what to expect. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Dr Glen Hillier knows what he is doing and takes the time to answer questions and explains his treatment...Would highly recommend to anyone with back/neck pains etc., have been referred to others in Hereford but Dr. Hillier is the best in my opinion. I was treated for 2 years by Glen Hillier and this was a very positive experience. Thanks to Glen I recovered from serious back problems that otherwise might have needed surgery. I really appreciated the balance between treatment and focus on strengthening and prevention, doing exercises at home that Glen taught me. I still do these exercises today. Glen also provided helpful advice on overall posture, activity levels in and outside of work and breathing techniques. My back has never felt so good in over 20 years. I would definitely recommend this clinic that is at a great location near the city centre, and has a nice relaxed feel about it.

Had serious lower back pain this morning to the point I couldn’t walk unaided (I’m in my 40’s and usually physically very able). Managed to get an appointment at short notice, Glen assessed the problem, realigned me and instead of being incapacitated I’m now gradually recovering, I can walk again - forever in awe of a great team here! Helen and Steph are also equally at the top of their game. Lucky to have them on our doorstep.

Dr Hillier very understanding and professional. He helped me a lot but further complications prevented further treatment. Would reccommend.

The atmosphere is so relaxing.Dr Hillier soon put me at my ease, listened to my problem and carefully explained my treatment. All my questions were answered.
