Brilliant serviceI have a pair of nordica ski boots about 15 years old modified for a ski mojo.They fit well and I am not keen to change, but the heel and toe pads were very worn. New pads ordered and delivered the next day. Perfect fit and supplied with new stainless steel screws ( with a couple of spare screws supplied ). Would certainly use again.

Amazing thank you! - I bought boots in France several years back and always felt the fit was not right, they felt loose and my inner ankle bone was always sore and red at the end of the day. I decided I would take them to Anything Technical and see what they thought, with a view to buying new boots if needed. Within a few minutes of measuring my feet and looking at my foot out of the boot they diagnosed the problem - over pronation of my ankles! Totally made sense, my boots weren't the wrong size but my arches were not being supported properly. I came away with a pair of moulded insoles to stop my arches collapsing and have just returned from a week skiing in Switzerland - amazing! No pain, no rubbing and my boots now feel the right fit and size. Fantastic service. They could have sold me new boots but instead they fixed the problem I had, I would not hesitate to use them again. 5* service and they obviously know their stuff! Thank you!

The service an experience at anything technical was fantastic, we were getting my wife ski boots and had them fully fitted. the staff were knowledgeable and very tolerant of her trying to explain how the boots felt and what needed adjusting. even though there were a few people coming through it was never rushed and they took there time going through a few iterations of moulding and packing getting it just right/just how we wanted it. best experience of having boots fitted and very happy with the boots. so happy I then got them to remould and do custom foot beds for my snow board boots which has given them a new lease of life and now fit better than ever.

I have a 20 year old pair of Salomon Integral boots that needed new heels. The chap at Anything Technical told me exactly what I needed and I received the correct item with very solid replacement screws (much better than the originals!) two days later. Great service.

Having worked in the ski industry for 7+ years, I got to experience a lot of shops and skilled people. Anything Technical is one of the best you'll find in the uk, truly knowledgeable staff who will provide you with a boutique experience. Well worth establishing a relationship with this store if you are looking for outdoor kit and expertise.

My wife and I booked an appointment here for ski boot fitting. We drove over an hour for a special trip. My wife was definitely going to buy boots. She struggles getting them just right and wanted a fitting. I was considering buying new boots but the price had to be right (as I was potentially going to buy two pairs of boots which is quite a lot of money to pay in one go). On mentioning this, the response was “you are either going to buy boots or your not! Unless you are buying, we are not going to waste our time.” I could see their point. Nobody wants to waste time, especially when there is a business to run. I was prepared to buy a second pair but wasn’t prepared to pay the prices for top end boots. In my view, there has to be a compromise based on a customer’s budget. To say that you must buy whatever boots fit you the best Is unrealistic. I found this response rude and arrogant. So, I declined my own fitting. I wasn’t going to feel pressured into buying expensive boots (if top end boots were the only ones to fit me). My wife was happy with her fitting and the boots we purchased. The service she received was good but it was let down by how the shop handled the situation.

Excellent experience with boot fitting. These guys really know what they are talking about. Skiing can be an expensive hobby, so it makes sense to buy once, but buy right. The knowledge of the staff is exceptional, so I feel confident when discussing requirements and making purchases. Well recommended.

I purchased new heel & toe soles for my ski boots online from this retailer (trading as skiequipmentuk.co.uk). I cannot rate them highly enough. I had questions re compatibility with changed binding standards (Gripwalk) so called them up & they very patiently explained the differences and determined whether my boots (with the new soles) & skis/bindings were compatible. I placed the order & the new soles arrived next day and they're just right. A big shoutout to Callum.
