K9 Friends

Our boy had never stayed with anyone and I was anxious about where he would go while we went on a family holiday. I done lots of research and found Jacqui at K9 Friends in Muireston and I am delighted to have done so. During his stay Jacqui sentme lots of daily pics and videos of our Springer Spaniel boy having fun with the other dogs in home boarding, he looked, happy, healthy, relaxed and loved. Jacqui has a lovely assistant, Jemma who is just as loving and caring as Jacqui with the dogs, our boy loved cuddling in with both of them. I found Jacqui to be very professional in all aspects and is the only place i would ever leave my dog as it is like a 5 star doggy hotel. When I collected our boy he was in brilliant condition just as I left him. Thank you Jacqui and Jemma for loving and caring for him while we were away, he will be back to see you again. I highly recommend K9 Friends.

Jacquii has been walking our 2 dogs for several years now and they both absolutely love her. She is very reliable and looks after the dogs as if they were her own. We have also used the home boarding which is excellent and is great for the dogs to continue to be in a spacious home. Our cocker spaniel also get trimmed, Jacquii does a fantastic job of tidying him up and he comes home smelling amazing! Would highly recommend to all.

We only had cooper for around 3 months before we had to give him to Jacqui due to holiday/wedding. He is our 1st dog and we weren’t sure who to put our faith in to take good care of him.I must say that Jacqui was a GREAT choice. She was excellent with him and it was clear to see from the updates that they both had a great bond. Jacqui herself is great with giving you daily updates and pics/videos. This helps you be more settled that your dog is being well looked after.There is no doubt in our mind that when we need to have someone look after Cooper again then Jacqui will be our ONLY choice!!!!

Our cockapoo thoroughly enjoyed his recent holiday at Jacqui's and even cried as we took him home! I was apprehensive leaving him as it was our first time away without him. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. He had a ball playing with other dogs and enjoyed lovely walks. Jacqui is so kind and caring and clearly loves what she does and we received regular updates. We wouldn't have anyone else look after our dog when we go on future holidays and I'm sure he's already looking forward to his next visit.

Our darling dogs since pups had never been left with anyone for 5 years so when friends suggested a holiday it was a very stressful decision where do our pampered pooches go ?After much research we found dog HEAVEN with Jacqui at K9 FRIENDS Muireston who with her years of professional dog experience our King Charles cavillers spaniels were welcome with all the home comforts ,love and affection as if they were in their own home which was of the highest standard with Jacqui home .Jacqui only takes 4 dogs at one time so they had pals to play with while on daily long country walks in the nearby country park which my boys absolutely love and with daily videos sent to me of these walks was just wonderful and my mind was instantly at ease and so appreciated.Jacqui was very precise with her paperwork regarding our dogs which I greatly admired as well as her beautiful immaculate grooming parlour which is run from her home .I would highly recommend this establishment as when we picked our dogs up they were in a beautiful condition happy as they were left for 8 days before and we will definitely be returning with our boys with 100% confidence for our next holiday.THANK YOU JACQUI FOR EVERYTHING.

Jacqui looked after our little rescue dog for a few nights just a month after we rescued him. We were worried about how it would go but what can I say, Jacqui has worked a miracle. The timid little dog has come on leaps and bounds in his confidence and his behaviour with other dogs. Jacqui told us in her professional opinion that he could be walked off the lead and she was right. She sent us loads of video and told us how she managed him off the lead. His recall is brilliant and we’ve worked on the building blocks she gave us. He even eats better now. I can’t thank Jacqui enough for the love and care she showed him and for the confidence she has given us. We will continue with the work she started and are eternally grateful.

This was the first time leaving our Border Terrier Hazel with someone so we were a little worried. We need not have been. Jacqui put me at ease when i dropped Hazel off as it was so clear that Jacqui knows her stuff.Jacqui sent us pics and videos and it was so nice to see Hazel having fun with other dogs in the day and snuggling up at night. We are very pleased to have found K9 Friends and won’t hesitate to use this service again.

This June was the first time we left our 1 year old Cavapoochon, to go on a 4 day holiday. She’s got a lot of energy and I just wouldn’t have felt safe leaving her with friends/family for fear of her running away/ wearing them out!!As soon as we we got there she was playing with the other dogs, having a blast, barely even noticed when we left (heartbreaking, but reassuring!!). Jacqui clearly has A LOT of experience with dogs, and the fact she only takes similar sized dogs is awesome as they got on really well.We got loads of updates and videos throughout which was nice, as my partner and I were both ridiculously nervous about leaving our pup, and we would 100% leave her with Jacqui again when we go away.Ann & Ross

Simply can't recommend Jacqui highly enough. Baillie our cockapoo suffers from separation anxiety and so we were worried about leaving her for a 10 day family holiday. From the initial visit with Jacqui it was clear she would be very well looked after. The update videos received of Baillie on walks while we were away also gave us great peace of mind. We would have no hesitation to use K9 Friends again. Thanks Jacqui!
