I can wholeheartedly recommend Education Advocacy and will be forever grateful for the guidance and support Emily and Nigel gave us.They helped us navigate the complex and difficult experience of having a child with SENs who was constantly let down by a system that does not support these children.Nigel and Emily were the voice of reason when we needed that, and also became our voices when we were not heard by teachers and educators that only saw our child as a problem to get rid of. Nigel has the capacity to bring lightness and humour…even with some questionable jokes, when it is desperately needed.Our child is happy and thriving now and we are hopeful for her future. I don’t think we would be in this position without Nigel, Emily and everyone at Education Advocacy.

We have two children with Autism, they both have very different needs. As a family we were just surviving, managing two sets of needs, working, and getting both children to an array of extra therapies. Plus, a mainstream school that showed no interest in the fact one child was not coping at all in school and both where not progressing academically.We were told both children would not get an ECHP.Education Advocacy were recommended to us by another parent and we are so glad that we used them. It is through Samantha (our caseworker who guided us along this process) and Nigel absolute expertise, that both children got a meaningful ECHP and into specialist placements. All our lives have changed considerably for the better, I can't explain how much! We could not recommend them more highly!

Always upbeat, honest, and a positive force, these two remarkable individuals had a complete understanding of Poppy, her needs and her potential. Their experience of the tribunal process is surely second to none, and they guided us faultlessly through to ensure that Poppy got what she deserved for her last 3 years in education.

Nigel's extensive knowledge and experience helped to resolve the case of our son to the satisfactory conclusion. We are not from UK, so it was only because of Nigel's guidance that we have been able to reach an acceptable closure. If there had been more than 5 stars I would have ticked higher. We would not have been able to achieve the best for our son if it hadn't been for these extremely knowledgeable people. Even after years and years of dealing with ECHP's and medical professionals we learnt more in 5 mins from their team than in 10 years. He has just started his new specialist school and we know it is 100% the right environment for him. If in any doubt then just call and speak to them and above all trust that they know what they are talking about!

After having so many doors closed in our faces whilst trying to get the right support for our son, not to mention caring for a very challenging child, we were exhausted and feeling hopeless. Education Advocacy reignited that feeling of injustice and helped us to keep going. Not only did they immediately understand our challenges, they identified the right specialists, commissioned the right reports and presented the case in such a way that we got everything we wanted, without going through the costly tribunal process or employing expensive lawyers. They always had our back, knew the system inside out, understood our child's needs and supported us every step of the way. They are passionate about what they do and successful in their approach and I recommend them without hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish . Very clear about expectations and also managing expectations along the way . My case worker Emily consistently provided comprehensive updates , helped direct what she needed from me and provided counsel as necessary. Nigel represented us at the Tribunal and it was clear everything has been well prepared and provided us with the confidence and assured everything was in in hand .
