Title: Terrible Experience with V12 Car Dealer - Dishonesty and UnprofessionalismI recently had the misfortune of dealing with V12 Car Dealer, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about their dishonesty and unprofessional behavior. My encounter with this dealership while purchasing a Mercedes E-Class was nothing short of a nightmare.Firstly, upon delivery, I discovered that the car had a faulty gearbox and the engine light was persistently illuminated on the dashboard. This was in stark contrast to what I was assured by the dealer, Hassan, who claimed that the vehicle was immaculate and had no issues whatsoever. It became evident that I had been misled and deceived into purchasing a defective vehicle.To make matters worse, V12 Car Dealer compelled me to pay for six months of road tax prior to the car's delivery. This demand was unjustified as the car lacked the latest logbook, resulting in an exorbitant payment of over £90. Additionally, I was forced to provide proof of insurance before the vehicle was handed over. These unnecessary requirements only added to the inconvenience and financial burden imposed by V12.Over the course of a month, I spent a substantial amount of money attempting to rectify the various problems plaguing the car. However, despite my efforts, V12 Car Dealer refused to address the issues and ultimately decided to take the vehicle back. This unprofessional and irresponsible behavior caused immense stress and financial loss.I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of V12 Car Dealer. Their lies, deceit, and lack of professionalism have resulted in a horrendous experience for me. Save yourself the trouble and seek a trustworthy and reputable dealership that values honesty, customer satisfaction, and professionalism.In conclusion, my encounter with V12 Car Dealer was a complete disaster. I urge anyone considering doing business with them to think twice and avoid the distressing ordeal that I had to endure

Me and my fiance purchased a bmw 6 series from v12 sports and classics and when test driving it a message of low rear tyre pressure on the dash board appeared whilst test driving it and a gentleman who cleanes and looks after they're vehicles on site vitnessed that too, we also pointed that issue to AJ (sales person who was dealing with us) and he stated that vehicle has been standing since September and we purchased on 26th of November and tyre probably just needs to be re-fitted and they suggested a tyre garage that they always use to do that, we went there the next day and a gentleman who took the wheel off noticed instantly that alloy has a crack and he cannot help us.We contacted v12 sports and classics witham branch in regards to this matter and they told us to call they're aftersales team to deal with this.And a NIGHTMARE begins...They told us to get a quote for the repairs which wasn't easy to get as majority of the garages only replace tyres, refurbish alloys etc. We've been trying to get a quote for a couple of days untill we finally did, the alloy had to be ordered directly from BMW that costs £1025,00 so we sent a vat registered garage quote to aftersales whilst we were on the phone with a gentleman named Alan and he stated that it is too expensive and they need to look for an alternative option and said he will get back to us.We cannot use our newly purchased car at all it is just sitting on our drive, they have not gave us a courtesy car to stay mobile, after ringing them numerous times as soon as they answer a phone they hang straight away because they know our phone number and avoiding to chat with us or reply to our emails, it's been like that for 2 weeks that we cannot use our vehicle, we got to a point that aftersales team is ignoring us without any help or advice on when and what's going to happen next, we are now at a point where we had to get legal help as they're aftersales is absolutely useless, ignorant and unprofessional.If you bought a car from them without any issues it's absolutely fine but if there's an issue with your purchase oh god help you, it is easier to get a conversation with a pack of noodles then aftersales team....Extremely unprofessional and is causing us so much stress, this is still ongoing as we purchased 26/11/2023 and I will update on how it goes here.
