I run a busy B&B so when two of my toilets were blocked it was not looking good.Called Rob and his colleague and they were here within half an hour and sorted problem immediately.Great service and great value.Thank you very much

Rob and Daz were very friendly, polite and respectful. They completed the work cheerfully and did more than expected. The work was done effectively. We would have them again.

Can not fault them. Had a blocked drain, called sewer surgeon and was out within the hour. Professional, polite and explained to me everything that they were doing. Tided up after, infact the area was cleaner than when they started, spotless. Had a look at a faulty shower we have too. Will be coming to replace.Have experienced a few drainage/plumbers over the years, Rob has been the only one I'll ever call back. From now on, my first and only port of call. Thank you for getting this disabled person out of my drain situation.

Very friendly and efficient service. No charge beyond a coffee as Rob felt he 'hadn't done anything'. Thoroughly cleaned everything up too.

Called Sewer Surgeon Saturday morning due to blocked drain, Rob couldn’t of been more helpful, said he would be round between 4-5 pm. Turned up as he said. He knew what the cause was, unblocked the drain. Rob was very polite, very pleasant to chat too. Will certainly be using him again. Highly recommend Rob and his company.

Excellent service on a sunday from Sewer Surgeon. Fast worker, sorted blocked sewer problem out quickly, left site spotless on completion. Good value for money. Wouldn't use anyone else now, doubt there's anyone better.

We called Rob and he arrived within the hour. Immediately, he recognised that our problem was a Wessex Water issue, so he organised them to attend, rather than charge us unnecessarily. Amazing, honest tradesman who I can not fault. Would not hesitate to recommend him.
