I visited this store 13.02.2020 at 09:07 hoping I could get my shoes polished professionally and remove a few scuffs on the toes, unfortunately this was not available for my specific shoes but after some good advice from clerk0001 (sorry I didn’t get your name) and half an hour my shoes are looking amazing. Thank you Sir.

Awful key cutting ..4 times i returned and they still couldnt get it right ..dont waste your money

I wouldn't usually use a timpsons, I often go for the little independent places. The chap who served me in this timpsons goes above and beyond though. Can't do enough for you and is a very friendly guy. Can't recommend him enough!

My mum had two keys cut, they wouldn't fit the door, i took them back for her, and they hardly touched said keys and they still wouldn't work at a cost of £16, I went straight to longton locks just around the corner and had 2 keys cut for £9 and they worked first time I wouldn't bother with timpsons they're expensive and they don't work, longton locks are much cheaper and the staff are way more friendly and they've been trading for many more years

Replaced watch battery immediately despite saying it would be a 20 minute wait. Excellent service, thank you.

Small shop in what I can only describe as a port-a-cabin situated just outside Tesco Extra in Longton.I had broken one of my chipped car keys so needed a new key as well as it programmed.This was quickly done and the key worked without issue.As the technician needs access to your car to program the key parking closer to the cabin is a good idea.

Today, Friday 11th August we arrived at Tesco and couldn't get the central locking to work to,lock the car. We headed straight over to Timpsons and were served by a very knowledgable young woman who tested the key, replaced the battery, retested and then came over to,the car with us. She got me to try to resolve the problem using the ignition (we'd no idea that this was what we could do), quickly ascertained that the jet was not the problem and so we left to go,straight to the garage to get it sorted,. We think her name was Laura but not sure. She is tall, slim, shortish dark hair, tattoos on her arms. She deserves acknowledgement for her help and great knowledge.

Charged £12 to fit new car key battery and within 48 hours failed. Bought one for £1 and fitted it myself
