Booked my beagle in very last min and the ladies there couldnt be more accommodating! They did a wonderful job bathing my beagle and gave brilliant advice for my puppy Springer. I will definitely be going back, again and again.

We just had our drama queen schnauzer fully groomed by Hayley, i cannot recommend her or the parlour enough.Our dog has a number of medical issues which makes her a little" difficult when it comes to grooming.Hayley just took it all in her stride and delivered back to us a lovely groomed

My reason for only 3 stars I am wait to see if the cut is going to meet with my liking I feel it will my yorkie is quite good this is before photograph

I can highly recommend this dog grooming salon. I have been taking my dogs here since it opened. Hayley is super friendly & knowledgeable about individual dog breeds. The staff that work with her are also friendly & handle the dogs with love & kindness.They are not caged while in their care as they do not double book appointments, so your dog recieves 1-1 attention.I have no hesitation recommending this dog grooming business. They genuinely care about your dog.

Great place and so reasonably priced! My golden retriever puppy came out smelling so clean and she was sooo soft I couldn't stop stroking her! Definitely recommend. Couldn't get an appointment in Pets At Home for a month it's just ridiculous! So glad I decided to take her here - thank you!

We take our two Miniature Schnauzer’s here, and they’ve always been great. Friendly helpful staff and always been happy with their cuts.

The girls were lovely upon arrival, but the hair cut was really not up to standard. Especially considering they are more expensive than the other 2 places i have tried locally. They also cut my dogs toe, and rather than owning up to it, as accidents do happen, they tried to say he turned up with the cut. Very poor. Would not recommend these.

Very impressed with the way our two Cockerpoos have been groomed. Thank you for taking good care of our dogs. Unfortunately, the dogs ears were matted and needed extra attention. This was a consequence of me having to shield for two years and not being able to groom them properly. I could not fault the staff with the care of our dogs. Highly recommend.

Went here for the first and last time. They shaved my dogs leg to the skin and didn’t offer to take any money off the price (one of the more expensive places to go to in the area). She mentioned one of the legs was shorter than the others but didn’t offer any compensation for their mistake for not putting the guard on the cutting tool. I gave her a picture of how my dog looked on a previous groom and they’ve taken so much off his face and head. Said I wanted around an inch of length all over and she’s taken him to around 5mm all over. Went in for a tidy up and came home with a different dog. Not worth the money for the service you’re receiving. Last picture is how he normally looks. The other 2 are the outcome of this groom.
