Simran is absolutely excellent and so professional. She explains everything in precise detail and updates the customer on everything as the treatment continues.She is very friendly and welcoming and puts the customer at ease. There is never any rush and constant opportunities to ask questions and discuss the progress of the treatments. She constantly checks on her every action and seeks feedback from the customer.I highly recommend Simran and have bought gift vouchers for family members.

Cutest laser clinic! Simran is super sweet and professional, and you can just tell she loves what she does. I had my face/neck and legs lasered & I was at ease the whole time, she explained what to expect during the treatment as well as a specific hair removal plan for me and my skin/hair type. Being a POC I felt nervous about having laser as I was scared about my skin being burned but I could see the machine was equipped for all skin types and she knew what she was doing. I left feeling smooth, the pain of the treatment was so minimal and Simran was great in making me feel relaxed if I did feel any slight discomfort. The clinic itself is clean and tidy and the machine is brand new - would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a laser clinic to start or continue their hair removal journey with.

Paid for full body laser session in advance (£650) for 3 sessions, gave them the benefit of the doubt based on reviews. However, after 2 sessions I felt I wasn’t getting good results. I asked for my money back, I expected a refund of a third of the cost would have been reasonable however I was told the maximum she was prepared to refund me was £10. I don’t know how this makes sense? I messaged her for a fair refund and she said she was threatened she said she would call the police even though it was her messages that were intimidating. As a customer I thought I was within my rights however I felt threatened and was told to never message her again. Please avoid this company at all costs guys or risk losing your money!!

I went to Unique Clinics in Wakefield for Laser Treatment. Simran is very professional, she explains everything well and she always ensure customer feels comfortable. It is very important to be patient and wait for results, because everyone is different. Can't wait for more treatments in other areas. It's worth to travel a little bit. Thank you so much!
