Vanessa and her friendly and team are unfailingly welcoming, polite and professional. I've been visiting this salon for several years and continue to be impressed by the treatments.The eyebrow threading is second-to-none and exceptionally good value and the pedis last for weeks (with regular polish). My pre-lockdown haircut was a departure from my usual style thanks to Vanessa's gentle encouragement to try something different and I'm so pleased I did.I am counting down the hours until Queen of Hearts reopens so I can get on top of my grooming and enjoy some pampering.

I went in to get eyelash extensions, and the woman working (I forget her name, sorry!) told me that I should get the lift and tint instead. She was not trying to get more money or scam me at all! She was genuinely nice and trying to tell me my best option! I am so happy I listened to her because my lashes turned out amazing! They look so good, and I will definitely be going back. I would recommend this place to anyone for any of their services. The salon is cute and very clean!

I can't say whether she is the queen of hearts, but certainly I can say Vanessa is the Queen of gloriously satisfied clients. I honestly thought my nails were beyond hope before meeting Vanessa. Vanessa's intervention was so powerful that I'm honestly most annoyed that it's winter and I can't show them off. Thank you Vanessa Queen of my now beautiful nails.

Girl who works there was lovely. Booked for eyebrow threading and decided to try lamination as she lists it at £7. Whole thing should have been £17 and she charged me £70 complained to her and she refused to refund me the difference. She’s still not changed her prices online, she removed the camden branch from her website, then told me it was £60 and then said it was £70 by itself but in her pricing online it was £7, overall I was given 4 different prices. Had to complain to my bank and had to legally challenge her bank to get the money back as she wasn’t cooperating. She’s scamming people. DO NOT USE THEM. she’s now deactivated her website because I used it as proof against what is doing and continues to do.

Love it here! My favourite beauty salon in north west London. I get my nails and lash lifts done here. The team are so friendly and always do a lovely job. I always leave really pleased with my treatments. The salon has a really calm and sophisticated atmosphere . I always feel relaxed after my treatments.

Sinthia was amazing. I came with my 16 year old daughter to have a piercing, Sinthia was reassuring and fast. She went through the post care well. Let’s hope my daughter follows them well!

This is my favourite boutique salon. The only place that I trust to make my nails look beautiful and to enjoy a relaxing, pampering sessions. Vanessa and the team at Queen of Hearts are great professionals, always make excellent recommendations for nail colours, treatments or products, really knowledgeable and with great taste always!

Vanessa is an absolutely lovely person who cut my hair beautifully. This was my first time here but I was very, very happy with the whole experience. The salon is also very recently done up and the white decor makes it feel nice and airy. Will definitely be going back here to get my hair done again!
