Just wanted to say many thanks to John for helping me out with sourcing the correct solar panels for the camper van roof. 160w and more than enough to keep the fridge cold and the battery topped up now. Great customer service.

Can’t recommend sunshine solar enough., 3kw invererter went wrong, it was 2 years out of the warranty,I phoned for some advise, I think it was Mike who helped, he told us to return it and they would look at it, he phoned me back a few days later to say it had gone wrong and that they would send us a refurbished one with-no charge. A big thank you to the whole team at sunshine solar for the fast and honest service that you provided, we really appreciate it. Thanks again narrowboat tranquillity

I can not recommend this company highly enough. I am a competent electronics engineer but I have a blank when it comes to PV systems for a narrowboat. Sam Barker was brilliant in his recommendations covering absolutely everything.Tech guy Andrew was just as good and gave me so much info so that I could make my fully informed decision. Yes, I could have saved £50 buying from eBay but I wouldn’t have had the peace of mind, nor would I have the backup I am confident I will have if I need any more info/help.Guys, you are awesome. Take a pat on the back.

So far as I can tell, they're the most reliable and helpful company of this type out there, providing excellent customer support and quality products at a low price.I've spent endless hours online, firstly trying to understand what I actually need / what will work and secondly trying to find a reputable retailer who can supply at a reasonable price, plus offer fair support should there be a problem. I have to say, Sunshine Solar seem to be leagues ahead of everyone else. Evan has been incredibly patient and informative in helping me to upgrade the existing solar system in my van, despite having only spent £40 with them so far! There's a few other larger retailers online, but their reviews, customer support & products all appear to be a bit hit & miss at best.If in any doubt, check out Sunshine Solar's Facebook page and / or give them a call. Real people who actually care about doing the best job that they can. Respect!

The service I have received from Sunshine Solar has been my best experience for service and help with the installation of the system I purchased from them.The system I have installed now runs my static caravan, 2 fridge freezers, and a washing machine off grid with no problems and very little sun at this time of year.The system I purchased consists of:4 x 400 watt solar panels1 MPPT controller4 x 12 volt 200 amp AGM batteries1 invertervarious sundriesI had excellent service from Sam on the sales team.I also had excellent technical help from Andrew on the technical advice telephone line
