Had my Tow Bar fitted by Stef last month. A fantastic service. Arrived on time, professional, quick & efficient. A very knowledgeable guy, talked me through the process, how everything works, and also takes you through all the steps needed to work the bar once completed. Im usually one for not leaving reviews but this company massively derserves one. I was sceptical about installing a tow bar from a company ither then the dealership but i shouldnt of worried as Stef installed this to the highest standard. They came out at 7am in the morning to install a tow bar in time for me to pick up my caravan. The customer service is exceptional. I had a small issue and Stef answered and resolved this within 5 mins. Brilliant company. Thank you.

The help, expertise, customer service and value for money I received from Stef at Browns was outstanding, second to none. In this world of chatbots and remote services, to have the efficiency, knowledge and friendliness of a real human was so valuable and refreshing. I originally called Stef to ask his advice on a towbar Issue to one of our vans (fitted ourselves). Unlike a few others I contacted, he responded instantly and was incredibly knowledgable. Ford main dealers couldn't even find the issue but Stef knew what it was straight away. He then arranged to meet me and sort the problem which, turned out to be the programming issue he thought it was. He didn't even charge me! A true good samaritan who never failed to answer any questions. A very honest, knowledgeable and reliable company. I couldn't recommend him enough. It's nice to see there are still genuine, trustworthy companies like this around that aren't just after your money.

Very poor service, contacted Stef to inquire about a tow arm for my car which had the tow frame fitted to the car. Initially he said he would speak to his technical team to advise, but then no further contact. I attempted to message him several times but despite reading the queries he did not respond. I would prefer to be told up front if it's not something you could assist with rather than being made to wait, then ignored.## UPDATE ##Stef contacted me, and the matter has been resolved.

Stef was very efficient when dealing with our enquiry, he knew exactly which bike rack we needed for our van. He fitted it in no time for us and explained how it worked and even took the time to show me how to put a bike on it as I wasn’t confident in doing this first time around. Smashing chap and would highly recommend , thanks Stef ☺️

Highly recommend Stef, he came to my house installed a tow bar in 2hrs to my Transporter. It was pouring with rain that day and Stef worked hard soaking wet. He showed me how it all works and made sure I could use it before he left. Could not of asked for a better service. Highly recommend!
