Very responsive and reactive team,Recently I’ve been in the process of negotiating a new tenancy. Jess was compassionate and empathised with my situation but at same time respectful and professional with the landlord and wishes.Renting is a business but built on relationships to have a good one there must be trust, Jess approach was real and practical could talk freely which helped explain my situation with out embarrassment.Business with a ❤️And deal with Jess gets things done.

Jess was amazing responding to our reports and getting things fixed as soon as possible. She also followed up to check when things were done and that we were happy with the work. One thing to note, she never made us feel like were bothersome or that any breakages/breakdowns could be our fault. Thanks Jess.

I received excellent service and support from Richard. From engaging 1st Call Sales & Lettings to find a tenant for my property, to the first viewing, was less than 2 hours. I was given updates as the letting checks were carried out, which was great. I will definitely be using 1st Call again for other properties in my portfolio and highly recommend them.
