If you are a nervous then I highly recommend Aloe Vera Dental Studio. EVERYBODY is genuinely lovely and the care I have been given is second to none. By my own admission, I’m a nightmare but from Reception through to Dentist, they have taken my fears into account and worked with me to understand and ease my fears. I’m so glad I found them. Ladies, thank you.

Dr. Setoodeh and Elena exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I walked in, their warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home. Dr. Setoodeh's dedication to explaining my treatment plan thoroughly left me feeling confident and well-informed throughout the process. Natalie's exceptional hospitality made my visit even more pleasant. The practice's flexibility in appointment scheduling and prompt accommodations for my busy schedule were greatly appreciated. The convenient reminder system, with both email and phone calls, kept me on track. Without a doubt, I have found my new dental practice! After being in pain with an infected tooth I received very little help from my usual dentist. My partner encouraged me to see her dentist to get the tooth removed and was lucky Dr Mozhgan agreed to stay late on a Friday and see if she could help me the next day.I am a nervous patient however I knew I was in good hands as soon as I sat in the chair. I was made aware it was not going to be straight forward procedure but Dr Mozhgan wanted to help me out of pain. After a challenging 2 hour extraction nothing was too much trouble to make me comfortable. The dentist was very reassuring and full of patience and empathy. Price quoted beforehand (which was very reasonable) was the price paid despite me wanting to give more for such a difficult job taking so much time. Cannot fault my experience here, so pleased I went and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I had my first treatment by Dr Mozhgan today. Thank you so much.I had the removal of a large amalgam filling, then replaced with a white filling. I’d been considering for a while to have the filling replaced, and so glad I found aloe Vera to do the treatment. Dr. Mozhgan is professional, calm, and articulate, so I understood the procedure and aftercare/any possible follow up treatment, perfectly . Dr.Mozhgan was so gentle and reassuring too, which definitely helped to calm my nerves. nurse elena and the team are so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

I've recently moved to Aloe Vera Dental Studio and travel 45 minutes to get there.From the first phone call I was given complete reassurance. When I had my first appointment as a new patient I was given so much time to express my concerns and previous issues I'd had, without being made to feel stupid or difficult, which is refreshing - I really did feel like my overall wellbeing mattered.It is a relief to know that the practise does not use Mercury fillings and I therefore do not have to keep reminding them that I do not wish to have the metal ones that my last dentist seemed to prefer.I've had a filling today and Kiran was so kind and patient, and took great care and attention when doing my tooth. I am so happy to have found a dentist that practises real preventative dentistry and doesn't just wait until you need a root canal or worse.I'm not sure if its because I've come from an NHS dentist to a private one, or if she just takes real pride in her craft, but the experience was certainly different and I've left with a tooth thats not got rough edges, time has been taken to try and ensure the bite is correct, and I feel reassured that she has cleaned the tooth out the best that it can be.Thank you :)

Honestly had an amazing experience here from very start to finish. Reception is so warm and such great customer service! The vibe in there is so lovely. I had metal fillings replaced with composite fillings.While me having braces made the process a bit more complicated, my dentist Kiran was superrr accommodating and made me feel at ease from the consultation to the end.I asked quite a lot of questions about the procedure which she was more than happy to answer and reassured me, which I really appreciate.She did an absolutely fabulous job throughout, I love how they turned out!! I’m so glad with the experience, 10/10 defo recommend, thank you so much.

I'm a very (very!) nervous patient, and previously have only been able to have treatment in a dental hospital with IV sedation.I first visited Aloe Vera in November 2020, and was greeted so warmly, and looked after so kindly. The dentist, Mozghan, and the whole team are angels - they took the time to listen to my fears, and are so patient during every appointment. We agreed a treatment plan that would be done over multiple sittings, so I wouldn't feel overwhelmed.They were able to fit me in quickly when I had an emergency, and now before each session I don't have the sleepless nights and dread - I know they're happy to go at my pace, I know they'll look after me, and it'll be worth it.I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

My partner booked an initial consultation with Ķirandeep, during the consultation my partner struggled with his gag reflex with the xray blocks so was offered the use of their other xray machine for another £50 which he felt obliged to take, I feel this should be included.Prices were quoted for the works and the first on the list was the LL7 tooth extraction.Initial consultation and £50 deposit paid towards the tooth extraction came to a total of £165Tooth Extraction started 11:30am.Unfortunately for my partner, Kirandeep was unable to remove the tooth, 3 hours with his mouth open in the chair with multiple injections, tugging, grabbing, drilling. Kirandeep eventually snapped the top of the tooth off meaning extraction by her was now impossible, my partner was asked to drive to Harlow & initially told to pay the balance for emergency removal and invoice Aloe Vera for the refund but my partner said he wanted it paid upfront or settled, the price was £250.My partner drove in agony to Harlow while getting stuck in traffic along the route, taking far longer than the 45 minute drive Google maps tells you! The injections had long worn off by the time he arrived at the dental practice.Luckily the dental practice were able to get him in reasonably quick, extraction took a mere 2 minutes, my partner explained it wasn't pleasant but it was over, the tooth was eventually extracted at 4:30pm.As a result of the poor initial treatment, my partner was left with a very sore mouth, struggled to talk / eat for a week and he has suffered with an abcess, he has been taking co codomol 2x500 which has helped reduce the pain but with the traumatic experience understandably he has said he is not happy to go back for the further works.I fully appreciate this is a business and it needs to make money but I do not feel it is my partners fault, I believe minimal experience and incompetence is what failed the procedure. I have tried to get the money back for the initial consultation as I feel it's only fair considering my partner has lost trust in the practice and now has to regain trust elsewhere and pay that initial cost which every practice charges privately, this has been refused but the money towards the failed treatment ( £50 ) has been returned.My partner did say the girls he met at the practice were very friendly and made him feel at ease initially but as time went on he became worried about the outcome, becoming overwhelmed with stress and anxiety. ( understandably it shouldn't take 3 hours )For my partner it was a very traumatic experience now £110 down - tooth removed thanks to the emergency dentist and I fully appreciate them paying the costs for the emergency extraction but it was their incompetence that caused the problem. It has been a slow and painful recovery due to the mistakes made initially.Just for reference my partner has had 4 teeth removed in the past ( including 2x molars on bottom row ) as he ended up with too many adult teeth, he described the experiences as traumatic but no longer than 10-15 minutes per tooth, mouth was left sore but not as sore as it was this time round and no abcess.

I'm so happy that I found this practice, almost by chance, around five years ago. The staff are so lovely. Mozhgan always explains things clearly, and she is very gentle. I really appreciate the reminders from Natalie or Danielle, for my appointments too.
