Wouldn’t recommend, after hearing good things about this place I thought I would give it a go. I tried to see if I could book an appointment and was completely dismissed and not listened to. In her own words ‘not right now as I’m on my lunch break’ - poor customer service, I was just given a form and told to be on my way pretty much.

Would not recommend, poor service. I asked to be referred to the hospital for a wisdom teeth removal about 8 months ago. But when I rang up the hospital it turns out they haven’t actually referred me. I then ask about this and the receptionist was extremely rude, she claimed that there was a error in the system and that they have now referred me after 6 months of waiting; only for me to ring up the hospital again a month after to find out they still didn’t haven’t received anything. Absolutely livid

After being too scared to visit a dentist for over 20 years, a friend came with me and I saw Hanna at the practice, she explained everything to me as she went along. She was really patient withme and now I have my smile back as well as the confidence to go on my own.Highly recommend.

I have been using this dentist for 10 years for the 5 of us .. they have changed the system without telling anyone & now send appts without consulting you via letter rather than you booking them.. my teenage daughter didnt open her letters and they have removed us.. I have spent £000's here over the years .... they are also not open fridays ... really bad customer service and rude reception ... go elsewhere

Great dental practice, really helpful professional staff no problem in getting appointments even at short notice. Hanna always takes the time to explain the procedure and discuss your options would highly recommend.

Excellent dental care, professional, caring and friendly. Lovely clean and bright reception and surgery, helpful attentive receptionist and superb dental care and advice from Dr Hanna Kotlinska- Staszkowska who takes the time to discuss treatment options with patients.Very happy, my teeth have never been better.

Me and my family were with this dental practice for a while. We changed it to someone else as the service was poor quality, all the fillings had to be replaced. Receptionist is a rude person. I thought it is because of us being Polish, but now I can see, she's rude to English people too. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.
