I instructed Savills to sell my flat recently. They were excellent from start to finish and their support and advice was invaluable. I don’t think another agent would have got the price they did, particularly in this difficult market. Stuart Newton-Tyers was standout, in his client service, in securing the sale and in the support he provided after the sale was agreed and up to completion. Both Amanda and Charlie were also excellent and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would whole heartedly recommend the Savills Kensington Office.

They were an exceptional team… not only did they project the most accurate market values for my appartment but they also secured offers that matched these values. Other agents gave values of less than 25% and one have higher values yet others were 30% lower. They clearly were the most “on market” agent. Most impressive was Antonia's style. She was one of very few agents that worked through the weekend to ensure her client was well represented to me ( LL). She was considerate in her approaches to me, but with an offer /accept made by another agent over a weekend - she had to work on behalf of her client to try to secure. She wasn’t too pushy or aggressive - she was considerate and factual. Savilles did not secure the appartment this time but the team were fantastic.

Stephen Holmes of Savills Kensington did an excellent job of selling my property recently. Despite what felt to me like a tricky market, Stephen insisted that we would find the right buyer- and we did. He is detail oriented, realistic and practical, makes things happen within the Savills organization. He rallies his colleagues to all provide support- it felt as if an entire team worked to sell my flat. He is straightforward and honest, and works at a pace and in a way which was comfortable for me and got the job done.
