Went in showroom.lee came to.us left us alone to look came back.to give advise left us again bang on no hastlecraig came to see us explained what was going on .came today with Craig yes 2 Craig's lol.great guys superb job highly recommended.

Recently purchased an electric fire to replace our gas fire. Staff at showroom were very helpful and professional. Two Craig's came out to fit the fire....they were both polite, hard-working and respectful of our home. Very pleased! Thank you very much

We visited the showroom and were impressed by the collection of stoves and the helpful advice given by the salesman.There was an initial survey of our fireplace, undertaken by Warren who assessed its suitability and provided us with full details of the installation work involved.The installation was carried out a couple of weeks later to our complete satisfaction, followed by a demonstration of how to light and maintain the stove.We have since used the stove several times and we are very pleased with the decision to use this company.

Cannock fireplaces are fantastic! From the moment we walked through the doors both members of staff were so helpful and obliging. We had our log burner fitted just a few days ago by both Warren and Ian and we found them to be exceptional, not only in their workmanship, but also their attention to detail! They immediately got on with the job and nothing was to much trouble. They made are day with their sense of humour and to be honest we were sorry to see them go! They cleaned up beautiful when they had finished! All I can say is we are proud to be British when work is carried out to such a high standard! Our salesman Richard was helpful and allowed us to take our time when making our choices. Warren and the other gentlemen who installed our log burner were professional, courteous, friendly and were meticulous in every detail. They left us with virtually no mess to clean up, they put dust sheets everywhere and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for stove installation.

Absolutely excellent service! We went in not knowing anything or what we wanted and came out with everything in order. The customer service and expertise are just truly amazing!
