Usually really helpful staff, I've never had a bad experience and them I met Steve... What a chap! Really helpful and knowledgeable about our new tropical fish, great with cold water tank fish too. His expert guidance ensured that our new fishy home was performing to the highest standard, he gave clear advice on which fish would be best and even helped guide us the the best ones to keep together whilst explaining why.Buying tropical can get expensive so expect to pay a little but I have *never* had a bad experience, been overcharged (I feel) or taken advantage of.Would highly recommend. The rest of the staff are also very good and always helpful.

Really nice aquatic shop very knowledgeable staff however I purchased a fish from this store £69.99 and it has cost me dearly. Less than 24 hours the fish started showing signs of Velvet I contacted the store to inform them and their response was welcome to the marine would which is a very unprofessional response. Obviously the fish did not survive and in the process has wiped 80% of my tank costing nearly £300-£500 loss in marine fish. My advice is just be careful when purchasing live stock from this store.

Visited at the weekend and the young lad was an absolute fish wizard! I have no other words to describe him. An asset to the shop and the company. He has saved our fish tank with advice and it is now crystal clear again and our gold fish are loving it. Amazing guy and amazing selection of fish and products

It's OK, and generally well stocked, and reasonably competitive. Good parking, nice displays, wide range of stock, knowledgeable staff. Nothing to complain about EVER, nor anything to become enthusiastic (4 stars) or ecstatic (5 stars) about. You won't go wrong shopping here, nor leave feeling exhilarated.Good aquatics place.
