I very much recommend this place.

I was so bored of a normal gym and already had an interest in Muay Thai but couldnt find anything local to me. Rory popped up so I contacted him.for a 1-2-1 before joining his group classes.He made me feel very at ease and we had a good laugh through out our 1st session but he kept me very focused and tested my ability in a very professional manor.So far ive had 3 private sessions and now feel confident enough to join the group setting. Ive progressed well in my sessions so far and look forward to continue training under Rorys guidence.
