I genuinely cannot thank Laurence Jones enough for everything they did for my Mum Doreen's funeral recently. It's hard to express your gratitude at such a difficult time. Initially speaking to Debbie who went above and beyond to care for my Dad and I, always checking in on us and ensuring we were happy with everything. To Suzanne the wonderful celebrant, she showed us such care and compassion making sure she did my Mum proud (reading with a Scottish accent). The funeral director and team on the day were equally respectful and sensitive. Everything went smoothly and we felt very well looked after from our first initial engagement with Laurence Jones all through the 3 weeks to the funeral itself.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Laurence Jones for their fantastic service throughout. You have all be so personable and I was very touched by the support i have received. Debbie in particular has been my rock and getting me through these very difficult weeks after the passing of my dad.I 100% would recommend Laurence Jones to anyone who is in need of a fantastic funeral director. It was by far the best decision choosing to go with them.
