I was harassed by them when trying to go to the store next door. I can’t believe they sell expensive cosmetics this way, avoid at any cost.Update: there are here 2 other reviews of a person being pulled from the street so passive aggressive answer to my review (which referred only to that completely unwanted harassment) tells you a story.

I been pull in to try facial machine. Staff promised left right abd center for best price. ,best facial ,free cream. The package end uo quite high more than £3450. Once tgey got money. I never received email how to start using machine and program as promised. I have to chase facial. Once go back for facial 3 times. Do more skin check. They said I need better machine. Better package. They offered refund previous package abd offer nee machine. Which gave to pay another £2100 still on argument with them. Not comfortable with tge way they keep pushing. Yet not give time to try even first machine yet. Check their website Very little information about skin balance. All rated is total top point. No other rates quoted in there which is impossible. Machine price also big gab. Same machine I can see between £1500 to £9000. So really. I don’t get it.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TERRIBLE PRODUCTS.UPDATE: In response to the owner's comments below my review.For the avoidance of doubt, the full refund I eventually received was through a Dispute claim through my bank (who returned the money in my favour). NOT by this shop who won’t give you a full refund no matter how hard you complain. They will try and pressurise you into accepting strange ‘deals’ and claim you ‘agree’ when you absolutely do not! This issue could have been quickly resolved had they refunded me in full. There have been other reports of cosmetic companies in New Bond Street carrying out similar tactics (eg Sakare). If you feel you have been mis-sold a poor quality product through aggressive sales tactics try a debit/ card dispute through your bank. We can only hope Westminster council continues to crack down on this.Terrible experience, Terrible products. Avoid at all costs. They drag people in off the street like aggressive salesmen. I was sold a Bonage face peel for £160, immediately regretted it, and tried to return unopened in its box. They do not give any refunds (no wonder, when you realise what the product is like!), even immediately after the purchase when it is still sealed in the box. No other reputable skincare business in Central London behaves like this if they trust the quality of their products. When opened, the apparent 'skincare' product smells of cheap chemicals, and feels like children's glue is stuck to your face. It's very difficult to scrub the nasty glue off, even with a facecloth. Please avoid.

I love it there , charming staff , products are amazing, i didn’t know much about my skin before i went there. I am using peeling gel and spf30 bee venom moisturiser. Works for me.

If I could give this a zero I would. I was in London a few days ago with a friend and we were pulled in off the street to show us this great product for our eyes that would make us look younger.We both had on make up and the person assured us that didnt matter (which I found odd) The product dried quickly which gave the ‘appearance’ of a difference but in actuality was not the wonder product they try to get people to impulse purchase by continuing to offer a discount from the quote original price of 700 something pounds but if you purchase then its 350- to come back a bit later and say if you buy now it is only 250- and saying it won’t be available if you come back later but the higher price. Feeding the impulse buy and scarcity mentality of missing out.Our eyes felt aweful the entire afternoon. We had reservations and couldn’t get back to the hotel. We both couldn’t get it off our faces fast enough.Please don’t fall for this product and marketing trick.I’m not new to quality products and this is definitely not that.While I did not purchase- Based on other reviews it confirms my suspicions of not accepting returns for products thst don’t work.Quality brands and products have ethics.

I bought the Bonage Classic Collagen Restore Night Cream for my wife from Skin Balance Spa. I am always buying cream for my wife - natural, organic, homemade products as well as all the big name brands. She has a combination, slightly sensitive skin and is rarely pleased with creams for various reasons.I was happy and impressed with the advice I received from Skin Balance when my wife mentioned that she liked the cream a lot. In particular she was pleased with the texture , the scent, the fact that its easily absorbed and isn't greasy.

I am very happy with the beauty therapist! She was extremely polite and such a professional! Will definitely go back for a facial procedure! Also the place looks like a smal boutique shop and its very nice to spend time in there, talking to the friendly staff!

avoid avoid avoid high pressure sales and very £250 expensive mistake. A few minutes the product felt like glue, i went back to return the unopened box and was told by the manager he cannot issue refunds. Avoid this shop - no decent company treats customers like that and if your products are decent you do not have to refuse refunds.

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give a 0. Skin balance offer good facial treatments but the customer service is absolutely appalling. They never honour customers’ appointment times. I have had my appointments cancelled on more than 5 occasions for either maintenance issues or appointment time mix ups, with as little as 2 hours of notice before my appointment. For those of you living in and out of London I would definitely not recommend as they can’t be trusted.
