I had an amazing experience using Polished Concrete Specialists. I was sure I hit gold when I had the initial discussions with Lynda. She was approachable and attentive, and most importantly patient. It’s a huge commitment and the joinery to install was seamless and helpful. When it was time to lay the floor Elliot and his lads were brilliant…. We had a substantial leak and our builders omitted responsibility on some minor damage to the floor as it was just laid… but Elliot was so supportive and after a couple months when inspected he put my mind at rest. Cannot recommend (& have been) this company more….

Elliott is one of those rarities and I couldn't be happier with every aspect from our initial call to dealing with him and the team who achieved the most amazing results.Unlike some businesses, from the moment I called, someone picked up and when he arranged to visit, he turned up and on time. I visited the showroom and Elliott was very knowledgeable about the product and gave me colour samples to bring home.Nothing was too much trouble and although I usually do not like trades in my home, everyone was respectful and clean and tidy.Whoever visits absolutely loves the floor as do I and if you are looking for a stunning polished concrete floor, then look no further than Polished Concrete Specialists.

The customer service at the business is amazing.We had our kitchen and patio done last year to create a lovely flow of the indoors to outdoors.The outside- due to weather issues, had a small bobbling come winter (not their fault. I raised with them in October and they kept in touch all year to come fix in the summer. After a summer of terrible weather, they never forgot us and came to resolve the problem at no cost to us.They were always positive and solution orientated. So not only will you get a gorgeous, easy to clean floor- you'll get to work with positive and helpful people as a result.Thank you to the team for all your help and being so easy to work with

Elliott stepped in to redo some microtopping that had been installed badly by another company. As well as being friendly and reliable, his work was of a great standard and finish. Really pleased with it .
