Absolutely terrible! Oil was never received as they sent a ridiculous excuse that they couldn’t reach us, even though we have lorries delivering to us all the time. Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible and email correspondence takes days between answers. All in all we went with them to try and make a saving but we received no oil and then had to pay a premium to get some from a reputable company so I wouldn’t waste your time!

part of certas energy, none existant customer service. once they have your money they will do anything not to supply you, dont risk ithad an email from them asking for an order number so they can help, i replied instantly, and they have not got back to me a week later. Great customer service

READ THE RECENT NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING. I rarely make negative reviews, however this deserves it. If you're concerned about the lack of a contact phone number on their website, you probably should be. Was given a delivery date and 4 days after the delivery date, still no delivery. Worse, zero communication. Sent several emails and messages over the last 4 days and Homefuels Direct hasn't responded to any of them. Not being able to contact my heating oil provider should have been a red flag for me. Lesson learned. Forced to cancel my order and use a provider with whom I can actually communicate. Thanks for the utter waste of my time.

Taken our money and no fuel delivered even though our account page says confirmed delivery date (which is 4 days ago). No contact number to call.

They lie about delivery dates, if you read the small print delivery dates are just a guide". Better to buy local."

This company is a shambles. Zero customer service. They have taken my money and 10 days later I’m still waiting for a delivery date. I have to save up to be able to afford my oil and am now running low. I can’t afford to lose the money, but am at a loss as to how to get a refund?

Terrible service recently, I’ve ordered with them twice before and had no problem but this order is now 4 days late with no update on my order tracking. No communication and a useless phone number that has a recording then cuts off. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Shocking , was advertised at one price but charged me 10p more per litre and wouldn’t honour the price advertised. Check your bill as they have over charged 3 people I know of . I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Order placed by AW on 1/1/2023Spent ages searching for cheapest supplier and HomeFuels Direct came out on top. Also had quickest delivery date. Website and ordering process was very straightforward and quick. Will use again and highly recommend.

Fully agree with the review by Jeff G as my experience is almost identical. Appalling service and no response. Ordered on 4th August and given a delivery date of 10th August and 4 days after the delivery date, still no delivery. Worse, zero communication. Sent several emails and messages over the last 4 days and Homefuels Direct hasn't responded to any of them, telephone number just goes to a recorded message then ends the call. Telephoned Certas Energy (the owners) who have told me it is scheduled for delivery today - it wait to see if its true.Didn't happen so called again on Friday and told will be delivered on Monday, Monday came and went so got a refund on Tuesday.
