One of the best experiences I’ve had with gold jewellers. Impeccable customer service and extremely attentive to my requests. I had a jewellery design in mind so they created it from scratch for me, and kept me up to date every step of the way.The experience has been second to none, especially considering that they bought my vision to life. What could’ve been anxiety inducing as I did it all online, was instead a smooth process.10/10 I would definitely recommend.

really loved the bracelet and service until i got home and realised the bracelet was faulty and they were taking forever to respond to me for a solution. they offered me £20 refund only or to fix it locally and it’s been 2 months and still unsolved and they stopped replying to my messages. really disappointing.

AVOID! I ordered a ring 2 weeks ago after going into store and finding one i liked in store. Was told i would receive ring couple days after as they didn’t have my size. I received no communication about my order and was calling daily for an update to be told they’ll be in touch. That never happened. I asked for a refund and took 4 days. Avoid the stress and go elsewhere.
