Huge thank you to Chippenham motor company for looking after my Grandmother and her Kia so well today. They collected her car, carried out service and MOT and returned it to her again. Thanks to Annabelle for being so lovely with her on the phone. She’s really happy with the customer service received.

Needed a part and to book a service all very straight forward. They seemed to know what they were about and businesslike.

Jack goes above and beyond to provide superb customer service. He takes away the traditional stigma that is sometimes attached to car salesmen!

We picked up our new Kia Sportage today. The whole process has been very smooth. The salesman Jack was very thorough and happy to answer any questions posed. He talked us through all aspects of the car when we were considering our purchase, gave us realistic time scale for delivery (it arrived a week earlier than expected). All the paperwork was ready and waiting, discussed thoroughly without jargon, and he made sure we were happy and understood what it was all about. We traded in cars, we had been to a couple of other garages to have a look and we were offered up to £5k less elsewhere than we got from Chippenham Motors. Really happy with the service, also a great addition for when you have children with you, a seating area with drinks and snacks!

Craig was just superb and made the whole experience of buying my car and part exchanging my old one a real pleasure.He was friendly, professional, polite and so incredibly helpful.Highly recommend.

Absolutely Shocking Dealer!2 really bad experiences!July 2021 - test driveBooked a test drive 2 weeks in advance to drive 2 specific vehicles with certain spec. Turned up told both vehicles we wanted to test not available. Had to drive different spec with wrong engine and gearbox type. On test 15 mins got a phone call asking where we were? Told we only allow 10 mins and to hurry back. Got back, salesman very rude and said can't test other car now as took too long and have to rebook! Walked away very angry and purchased from another Dealer.April 2023. Need a partTried ringing all morning, answered 3 times out of over 20!! Was diverted to service and told parts busy and would ring back! 3 times told this but never rang back at all during the day!If this is how this shambles of a Dealer treat you before you become a customer, God knows how bad they would be once you are!!Thank god for Fish Brothers Kia Swindon! Answered straight away and helped and sorted issue.Chippenham Kia, a complete shower of SH*T

Really impressed with the service we received from Kia Service dept today. We were not able to source our Kia Sportage from Chippenham however we bought our Kia knowing that we would be maintaining it’s Kia service history at our local dealership.Our Kia was picked up in the morning as agreed by a lovely man and we were kept informed of progress with service and MOT by service advisor Annabelle. We were really impressed by the video we received from Alex … he was very clear and reassuring and made us feel that our car was in good hands.Nothing seemed too much trouble for Annabelle and she passed on our concerns about a small electrical problem with our towbar.Our car was dropped back to us squeaky clean and the whole process of Service and MOT felt seamless and professional.We bought our Kia knowing that we wanted a reliable trusted car with a good warranty.Servicing is not ‘cheap’ but I feel it’s very good value given that we are maintaining the warranty and I really feel that the service delivered exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this outstanding dealership and the service staff- Annabelle, Alex and the gentleman who picked up our car (sorry didn’t get his name!)Thank you and look forward to booking in with you for service and MOT next year.
