ordered a radiator on sunday on line they had it in stock at the southwick store picked it up the same day, didnt realise how heavy it would be, it was not a problem as a lovely lady brought it out to the car on a trolley and even offered to help us in the car with it . everything from ordering to getting it home was seamless great value great service would reccomend.the radiator is working perfectly throwing plenty of heat out happy with our purchase

Have been a regular customer here for many years and have slowly watched them go downhill. Poor stock levels on many items and poor cheap quality products often with no readily available better alternative without waiting til the next day. As a tradie it doesn't really help me. Don't get me wrong, some aspects of the Screwfix set up are quite slick and well run, but it is patently obvious that sales numbers are the key concern. This is to the detriment of the customers in my view. After a recent incident there I will be taking my £3000 worth of yearly business elsewhere.

I visited your Store today and I have never met a more rude Customer Assistant in all my days. I understand we are currently in the middle of a Pandemic however I do not feel that gives your staff the right to be so rude and unhelpful . I myself work in a Customer Service based role and I am 100 percent sure if I treated my Customers the way my friend and I were treated today I would lose my job. Very disappointed and I will never use this store again and will advise others to avoid the same. Due to your staff's rudeness we left the Store and made our purchases elsewhere.

The stock levels are very poor indeed.Out of five items , only had one.Two were out out stock and two were next day delivery. Staff knowledge of products not great either.Staff were however pleasant
