EDIT: (in response to the 'response from the owner')The reason I only gave three stars was that despite booking well in advance, one of my bookings had disappeared from their system despite still showing up on mine, now this genuinely seemed to be some unusual technical issue which is understandable and not my gripe.I had booked for me and my partner to get a manicure at the same time. As a result of the aforementioned glitch our two bookings were squeezed into one appointment and we only really got a very rushed and only half-finished manicure each. Despite this inconvenience to us, we were still charged full price for two whole manicures. As a business owner myself this isnt how I would treat my customers, as a show of good faith it would have been nice to not pay full price for half the service due to a glitch with their booking system.
