Found on Riverside retail park.Plenty of parking..Parking is free.This is a Next home, as well as a clothes Next.Upstairs there's a cafe- Costa coffee.There is an escalator upstairs.There's also a lift at the back of the store. .Toilets are upstairs..It's a relatively big store.In the middle at the back you'll find Virgin travel.A lovely sized shoe section.Furniture is downstairs, beds and bedroom accessories are upstairs..Clothes are downstairs.Till service was fast and efficient.A pleasure to shop here, I cannot fault this store.Currently you'll find the Christmas jumpers have arrived!! The parcel collection service here is a shambles. I waited for 30 minutes for a parcel whilst other shoppers came and went. They serve people in a random order and not as they arrive. I was then told after 3 different people had looked that my parcel couldn’t be located and they would call me if they could find it later. If made the trip especially. Will now be actively avoiding this store as it’s so poorly run.

Very disappointed with NEXT 50 % sale.There was no discount added to any of the items and billed more than the printed price too.£24 pounds shirts billed for £ 28 and £25 kids were billed £28. Total purchase was £190.10. Ms Jade asked me to pay 10 p for bag even I asked her to take it off because she doesn't got change and she need to scall all the items again.really rude and unprofessional behave. I got 10 p from car after left my 1 year old baby with parents in the shop.

Poor range of boys school shoes only one pair in my son's size, poor customer service no one at the tills to serve on arrival at the counter, no apologies from the staff .
